They Found Your Website…Now What Will They See?

If a potential volunteer has gone through the trouble to find your website, is the information interesting and informative enough to keep them there?  You have about 3 seconds to make your impression.

Search for “how to write a volunteer assignment description” and you get 210,000 results.

Answers to your questions are at your fingertips and can be obtained instantly.

Staff Salary and Benefits:  Our hospital system does a peer group comparison on a quarterly basis.  In hospitals of approximately the same size as mine, I manage twice as many volunteers with half the amount of staff.
